This is a low impact workout designed for adults 50 and over. With a mix of flight cardio, strength, training and flexibility exercises, you’ll move to energising music, while building balance, endurance and a fabulous sense of well being.

No experience needed – just bring your sparkle!

Come and join us at the CRC hall every Wednesday from 09:30 to 10:30am.
